Americoast Inn - Brookings

i really enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. i ate at a wonderful restaurant for dinner. accommodating stuff and the location was peaceful and decent.

Clean accommodation, very nice staff. Clean units with window open. Great and nice location down the hill and easy access to a market and shops. About 5 minutes walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark...

The rooms were spacious and warm, they come with microwave, window open, a tub. It was in the central location close to the ocean.

The rooms were tidy and had a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. The rate was US$ 63. The hotel's location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, close to Harris beach with a market and stores within walking distance. Actually everything was wonderful, our next choice again in Brookings.

Strongly recommend for a weekend pause

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, we appreciated the advice on local restaurants and the complimentary wi-fi, made our stay much easier.

One thing to note is that the hotel was older and may not appeal to everyone.

In my kids' opinion, it would be great to have a pool for some extra fun .

Staying at americoast inn was a great experience! The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Loved having a cold refrigerator and a microwave, too. The coffee maker for morning coffee was a nice bonus! The location is quiet yet conveniently close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay while exploring the nearby beach. The staff's friendliness. The comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep after a long day. For families, consider requesting a room with a separate sink area for privacy while getting ready in the morning.

Brookings is a culinary playground, and the local eats, like the fantastic hand-cut steaks at O'Holleran's and the sweet pastries at Bakery By The Sea, made my taste buds dance. The staff at Americoast Inn was super friendly and accommodating.

The toilet was a real letdown, feeling like a game trying to flush it. Plus, the overall cleanliness was a bit suspect, with hair in the sink and some questionable stains. Wish they'd fix these small issues for a better experience.

It was just an excellent fit for a flying visit in Brookings with all in all great value for money. I was treated very well and even got a clean room at a good price after a rough stay elsewhere. Be sure to check the coffee pot before using it.

The ocean view from my window was such a good surprise, and I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking up the sights. Plus, the staff was friendly and made us feel right at home ❤️
